汽车排放测试主控计算机系统

Host computer system for vehicle exhaust test

以AVL公司的排放测试设备为开发对象,建立了汽车排放主控计算机系统;利用串行端口通信技术,构建了系统硬件;采用面向对象的编程技术、可视化的编程语言VC++及AK指令开发了主控计算机系统软件。实车测试表明,所开发的系统硬件工作可靠,系统软件界面友好,实现了汽车排放试验的数据传输,并自动生成测试报告,实现了汽车排放测试自动化。

Taking the emission test equipments of AVL as the development object, a vehicle exhaust host computer system was presented. By serial transmission technology, the hardware is founded. By object-oriented programming technique and visual programming language VC^(++) and AK instruction, the software of host computer system was developed. The test results indicate the running of the developed system hardware is reliable, its operation interface of the system is friendly, the developed system can transmit data and generate test report automatically, the automation of vehicle exhaust test can be realized.
