Investigation of Configuration Optimization of a Novel Precalcining Kiln System

针对目前预分解窑的发展与配置现状 ,重点研究了华新五号窑预分解窑系统主机设备的选型特点 ,此外 ,对该系统的设备优化配置对窑系统产量与其它性能的影响进行了讨论。研究表明 :将窑系统主机设备适当选型和工艺参数优化配置 ,使窑系统的各项技术指标达到或超过世界先进水平 。

Based on the development and actuality of precalcining kiln, characteristics of the major facilities of the precalcining kiln system in the fifth kiln of Huaxin Cement Co Ltd were discussed. Moreover, the effect of the configuration optimization of facilities on clinker capacity and other properties of the kiln system were analyzed. The results showed that due to the reasonable optimization of major facilities, all the technique indexes reached or exceeded the level of the same kiln systems in the world, which can provide some references for the design and reconstruction of the precalcining kiln system.
