化妆品中L-抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯的薄层色谱分析

The Determination of L-ascorbyl Palmitate in Cosmetic by Thin Layer Chromatography Fluorometry

应用荧光薄层扫描法测定了化妆品中 L -抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯 (AP)的含量。选用高效硅胶 G薄层板 ,以三氯甲烷 -甲醇 -乙酸 -水 (体积比 :80∶ 2 0∶ 8∶ 2 )为展开剂 ,激发波长 λ=36 5 nm,AP在 1.0～ 16 .0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回收率为 96 .4 %～ 10 5 .0 % ,RSD(相对标准偏差 ) =1.31% ,该法简单、灵敏、结果准确、重现性好 ,明显优于目前的其它各种分析方法 。

A thin layer chromatography fluorometry method was developed for the determination of ascorbyl palmitate(AP) in cosmetic. The silica gel G board and chloroform methanol acetic acid water (volume ratio:80∶20∶8∶2) as developer were chosen, λ =365 nm as scanning wavelength. The AP had a good linear relationship between 1.0 and 16.0 μg and the average recovery were 96.4%～105.0%,RSD=1.31%. The method is much better than the other of saponin determination and very satisfactory with simple, sensitive and the result is accurate with a good reproducibility. It can be also used for quality control of cosmetics.
