摘要
近20年来,我国学者对图书馆法进行了广泛的研究,但分歧较大,时此,从法理学和立法角度,按照一定的逻辑顺序,对图书馆法的定义、属性、作用、核心主题以及《中华人民共和国图书馆法》的定位等热门话题进行综述评价,并提出新的见解。
For recent 20 years, our country's scholars have extensively studied library law, but their opinions are quite different. With regard to this question, this note comprehensively values and puts forward some new understanding from the jurisprudence and the legislative angle and according to certain logical order to such popular topics of conversations as the definition, the attributes, the function and the core subject of library and the location of <Library Law of the People's Republic of China >.
