水帽筛网腐蚀研究

摘要 用 90 4L制造的水帽是生产仲丁醇和仲丁醚反应器中的重要零件 ,运行 1a后大批水帽筛网外表面出现密集且圆滑的半球面状腐蚀坑 ,引起筛网缝隙加大 ,催化剂泄漏。对失效水帽进行分析发现 ,材料中Ni、Mo和Cu含量不足 ,而C含量超标以及材料强度、硬度高是失效的重要原因。高温反应水溶液中Cl- 、SO2 - 4和H+ 含量超标是失效的另一原因。提出了相应的改进措施 ,并取得了良好效果。 The water hat made by 904L is an important part of the reactor which produces C4H100 and secondary butyl ether after one year of operation, it was found that there were lots of dense and smooth hemispherical corrosive pit on the surface of many water hat screen meshes. It enlarged the gap so that it caused catalyst leaked, which influenced production seriously. After testingthe failure water hat, it was found that Ni, Mo, Cu were insufficient, C exceeded the normal level and hardness was high which resulted in the failure. The another failure reason was Cl^-, SO^(2-) 4, H^+ in the high temperature exceed the standard level water. The improvement method were provided and good effect was suggested.
