镍基合金在强酸性反应介质中的腐蚀行为 被引量:2

摘要 研究了 1Cr18Ni9Ti、D2 5 4、SM76、SM86和TK2 3在强酸性液相合成反应介质中的腐蚀性能 ,比较了加入缓蚀剂后试样的耐蚀性及腐蚀速率。在液相羰化合成碳酸酯的氯化亚铜催化体系中 ,少量缓蚀剂对各种合金的腐蚀有明显抑制作用 ,其中对SM86腐蚀的抑制效果最理想 ,加入缓蚀剂后其腐蚀速率降为 0 .0 1mm/a ,缓蚀效率为 99.1%。 The corrosion performance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, D254, SM76, SM86 and TK23 in the acid synthesis system was studied. The corrosive inhibition and corrosion velocity of the sample with the inhibitor were compared. In the catalytic system of organic carbonate by oxidative carbonylation, it was found that the corrosion of the alloy was inhibited notablely with the inhibitor. By the method of weight loss, the experiment results show that SM86 has the best anti-corrosion in the CuCl/CH 3OH/CO/O 2 reaction system with inhibitor, the corrosion rate of SM86 is (0.01mm/a). Comparing to the reaction system without inhibitor, the inhibition efficiency is about (99.1%).The surface morphology of corrosion specimen SM86 was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.
