摘要
针对实际离心式空压机组建立有限元模型 ,分析单个转子系统和耦联转子系统的临界转速 ,得到了耦联机组与各段机组的关系。对耦联轴系进行不平衡响应分析 ,得到了系统振动幅值和安装相位差之间的关系 ,提出了有效降低系统振动幅值的安装相位差。
Finite element dynamic model of a practical centrifugal compressor system is built to analysis critical speed of single rotor and coupling system in order to acquire the relationship of single rotor and coupling rotor. The mass unbalance response analysis of coupling system is executed to acquire the minimum vibration amplitude with different unbalance mass phase.
