摘要
对敞开式低压乙炔发生器进行了改进 ,用奥氏体不锈钢内衬代替易磨损的橡胶或铝合金加料管内衬 ,单独设置封闭式碎电石加料口以降低电石消耗 ,强化喷淋使气体有效洗涤与冷却 。
The design of an open low pressure acetylene generator was improved. Austenite stainless steel was used as inner bushing of feeding pipe instead of easy wearing rubber or aluminum alloy. A single closed feeding nozzle of fragmentary calcium carbide was added to reduce the consumption of calcium carbide. The water spray was intensified to clean and cool gas effectively, to decrease the moisture content of acetylene.
