小口径人工血管材料的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 血管闭塞性疾病的发病日渐增多 ,人工血管得到了广泛应用 ,为了改善小口径人工血管的抗凝能力 ,提高远期通畅率 ,各国学者在人工血管材料的选择、表面改性、血管内皮化、组织工程血管以及基因修饰进行了大量研究 ,本文就这几方面研究进展作一综述 。
