摘要 剥叶元件是整杆式甘蔗联合收割机的关键部件,本文对影响剥叶效果、剥叶元件寿命的运动参数、结构参数及装夹方式进行静、动态试验测试分析研究,分析各因素对剥叶元件打击力和最大应力的影响规律,为剥叶机构的设计提供基础和依据. Cleaning element is the key part for whole stalk cane harvester, and it is a bottleneck to design cane harvester. Signal factor experiment, which affected the quality of cleaning leaf and element life, was carried out.These factors are element material, moving parameter, structure parameter and the installation way of cleaning element. The law of every factor affected hitting force and maximum stress was studied, and main factors were elementarily found, so that basis can be provided to design parameters of cleaning part reliably.
