摘要
对吉化乙烯装置脱甲烷塔进行计算机模拟计算,采用Mellapak(250Y)规整填料改换原浮阀塔板,使得该塔操作稳定,每年节省蒸汽量为20000吨.
The removing methane tower of ethylene device was simulated by computer. Mellapak 250Y structured packing was adopted to replace the initial float valve. The operation is stable after reformation, saving steam 20 thousand tons.
