摘要
研究了用分光光度法分析测试糖蜜酒精废液色度的方法,探讨了吸光度的测定条件,着重研究了pH值对于糖蜜酒精废液吸光度的影响,最终确定了糖蜜酒精废液色度的测定条件,给出了脱色率的计算公式,由该方法推算脱色率可以客观准确地评价糖蜜酒精废液的脱色效果.
A practicable analytical method of detecting the colourity of molasses alcohol wastewater by spectrophotometry is discussed in this paper. The measuring conditions have been discussed. The effect of pH value on the absorbance of the molasses alcohol wastewater has been studied especially. The measuring conditions of absorbance and the calculation equation of decoloring ratio have been given in the article and the decoloring ratio can be satisfactorily detected with this method.
