摘要
图书馆的生存和发展,不仅仅靠制定图书馆法,还要靠综合的法律保障体系。本文研究的是我国现有法律法规中有关图书馆的条文,涉及图书馆在社会中诸多方面的内容。
The existence and development of liraries not only depend on a library law, but also on a legal guarantee system. This article presents the laws and regulations related to libraries in China.
