分析网络资源的定义及特点,认为目前网络资源的编目手段主要有图书馆式编目和搜索引擎式编目两种,提出使用DC和HTML对网络资源实行"在版编目"的方法,以提高图书馆式编目的速度与准确性和搜索引擎的检准率。

If 'cataloguing in publication' is implemented for all networked information resources, it will be good for bibliographically controlling numerous networked information resources. On the basis of an analysis of networked information resources' characteristics and their cataloguing methods, this paper suggests that cataloguing in publication be implemented for networked information resources by DC and HTML.
