摘要
光学材料在紫外波段色散大选择少而使得光学系统在紫外波段色差校正变得困难,设计时在反远距的结构形式中引入一组准无光焦度的镜组以平衡整个系统的色差,并讨论了几种光学材料在紫外波段的特性,给出了一个70°视场角,焦距9.5mm。
The dispersion of optical material is of higher value at UV band and a few materials can be used in engineering project, so the chromatic aberration is difficulty to correct. The design introduced the quasi afocal lenses in long working distance configuration to correct the colour aberration. The performances of some optical materials are discussed and a result of lens 70 degree FOV, 9.5 mm focal length, 300~500 nm waveband is given.
