针刺对女性迟发性痤疮生活质量的影响

Effects of acupuncture on life quality in the patient of female post ado lescent acne

目的 :探讨围刺配合叩刺拔罐治疗女性迟发性痤疮临床应用价值。方法 :将 6 0例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各 30例 ,治疗组用围刺配合叩刺拔罐治疗 ,对照组用口服丹参酮胶囊治疗。采用Martin研制的面部痤疮特异性生活质量量表 ,评定患者治疗前后生活质量的改变。结果 :治疗组的总有效率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而两组治愈率差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。治疗组在自我感知、情感功能、社会功能 3个方面 ,治疗前后有非常显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;对照组诸项评分在治疗前后有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;且治疗组与对照组相比治疗后诸项评分也有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :围刺配合叩刺拔罐对女性迟发性痤疮有效 ,同时可以提高痤疮患者生活质量。

Objective To probe into clinical application values of surround needling combined with tapping and cupping for treatment of female pos t adolescent acne. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatmen t group were treated by surround needling combined with plum-blossom needle the rapy plus cupping, and the control group were treated by oral administration of tanshinone capsules. Life quality before and after treatment were assessed by Ma rtins life quality scale. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), but with no significant difference in the cured rate between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the self-feeling, emotion function and s ociety function in the both groups had significant changes (P<0.01, P<0 .05), the treatment group being better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Surround needling combined with tapping and cupping is effective for female, post adolescent acne and can increase life quality of the patient.
