过渡金属取代杂多化合物柱撑水滑石的催化性能研究

摘要 首先采用缺位合成法[1],合成了过渡金属取代的磷钼系列Keggin结构三元杂多化合物.然后利用常规交换法[2],合成了过渡金属取代杂多化合物柱撑水滑石,对其进行了表征.最后考察表明所合成催化剂在异丁烷/丁烯烃烷基化反应中表现出了良好的反应活性和选择性,并对烷基化反应转化率提高有优异的催化性能. The alkylation of C_4 is an important way to obtain high quality gasoline through the petroleum gas produced in the petroleum processing. A new type hydrotalcite pillared with heteropolyanions were synthesized by direct ion-exchange reaction and were characterized by XRD and IR. The XRD pattern shows that the synthesized sample has good crystallinity and order. The IR spectrum shows that the Keggin structure is still kept. Study on catalytic properties of alkylation shows that C^0_8 has a high ratio of the amount of C_8. The results also show that the catalyst has higher activity and selectivity in the alkylation of iso-butane with butane, and has super catalytic properties to improve the conversion of alkylation.
