A small-scale measuring device for elastic force of fluid

提出了一种新型的小型弹性力测定装置,该装置可以用少量试样测定伸长流动的流体的弹性力.并对稀释的PEO(聚氧化乙烯)水溶液进行了测定,结果表明,该装置的测定结果与其他的结果有很好的一致性,并印证了FENE(分子论)模型的结果.

A new device has been developed to estimate elasticity of liquids in elongation flows. Relatively small quantity of liquids is necessary for test. Experimental results were obtained with dilute polymer (PEO) solutions. The results show that FENE dumbbells models agree with the data of PEO solutions.
