摘要
从管理激励的角度探讨了如何调动图书馆员的积极性,促进其提高服务质量;指出在激励图书馆员高层次需求方面,一要适当授权,二要强化工作内涵并注重科学研究;在制定有效的激励与考核措施方面,一要确定科学具体的工作目标,二要建立有效的考核评价制度。
From the angle of the Managerial excitation, this paper probes into the problem of how to arouse the enthusiasm of the librarians to improve their service quality,and points out that in aspect of exciting the librarians' high-level requirements, the first is to make proper authorization, the second is to strengthen the working connotation and lay stress on the scientific research; and in aspect of working out effective excitation and evaluation measures, the first is to determine scientific and concrete working targets, the second is to establish effective examination and evaluation system.
