分析了传统信息服务机构开展网络信息服务的现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了发展网络信息服务应采取的方法和措施,包括以用户为中心进行业务流程重组、突出网络信息咨询服务的特点、促进网络信息服务的增值等。

This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the network information service of traditional information service organization, and based on this, puts forward some methods and measures that should be taken for developing the network information service, including making the service processes reorganization centered on the users, overhanging the features of the network information consultancy service, and promoting the increase of value of the network information service, etc.
