摘要 汽车产业全球化、生产规模化及营销品牌化趋势加剧了汽车厂商在全球汽车销售服务领域的竞争。汽车销售服务网站作为连接汽车消费市场和汽车制造商的中间环节,同样面临着不断变化的市场竞争态势。探讨了已建立质量管理体系的汽车服务网站,在体系运行的过程中,如何应对千变万化的市场竞争,调整企业内部管理机制和服务功能,提升质量管理体系的价值和适应性,从而极大提高企业现代化管理水平。 The trend of the globalization, large-scale production and brand marketing of the of the automobile industry makes the competition among the automobile manufacturers be sharper and sharper in the field of the automobile sales and service in the world. Being an intermediate link between the automobile consumers and the manufacturers, automobile sales and service network faces the same challenges of the changeable market. The key point to deal with the changeable market in its operation system at the existing automobile sales and service network which has already established the quality control system is to have continuous improvement so as to adjust the internal management system and the service functions inside the enterprise and to lift the value and applicability of the quality control system, and to increase greatly the modernized management level of the enterprise.
