摘要
以物资采购为着眼点,从法规释义、操作程序两方面,对物资采购招投标活动中一些重要概念、主要程序以及个人观点做了简要阐述。
Starting from the material purchasing and in the light of two aspects of the connotation explanation of the laws and regulations and the operation programs, this paper briefly expounds some important conceptions, main procedures and personal opinions of the public bidding for the material purchasing.
