国际工程通用惯例对承包商的资格预审

The Qualification Preliminary Examination of the Tractors with the General Conventions for International Engineering

以国际咨询工程师联合会(FIDIC)编写的“土木工程施工合同条件”及世行、亚行进行贷款项目所采用的通用国际惯例,并根据编报国际工程项目资格预审工作的经验,探讨了以国际工程项目资格预审的有关规则对承包商的资格预审问题。

By using the “Civil Engineering Construction Contract Conditions”compiled by FIDIC and the general international conventions adopted by the World Bank and the Asia Development Bank, and according to the working experiences of compiling the qualification preliminary examination for international engineering projects, this paper probes into the problems of the qualification preliminary examination for the contractors with relative regulations of the preliminary examination of international engineering projects.
