Analysis on the Optimum Price of the Agricultural Irrigation Water of Shanxi Province

水价格是节约用水、调节供需、缓解矛盾的关键问题。依据效益最大化原则和供水需求关系与水量成本变化关系建立了农业灌溉供水最优价格模型,并依据该模型对山西全省农业灌溉最优水价格进行了分析和推算。

The water price is a key problem of the water saving, supply-demand regulating, and contradiction releasing. Based on the principle of the benefit maximization, the water supply-demand relation and the water quantity-cost varying relation, this paper establishes the optimum price model of the agricultural irrigation water, and makes analysis and calculation the optimum water price for Shanxi's agricultural irrigation.
