There are risks and gains in the investment of the human capital, just like in the investment of the material capital. But the investment of the human capital possesses its own features. Starting from the features of the human capital, this paper analyzes the relation between the risks and the gains of the investment of the human capital, and puts forward some corresponding measures for preventing and solving the risks of the investment of the human capital.
