The Measurement of the Icing Operation of the Rubber Dam in Winter

五台县郭家寨橡胶坝位于山西省北部高寒地区,冬季坝内结冰运行。通过3年的原型温度观测发现:冬季结冰不会对坝袋造成损害;人工补水可以调节坝袋内冰层厚度;充排水管道一定要置于冰冻层以下,管件暴露部分要注意保温。

The Guojiazhai Rubber Dam of Wutai County is located in the high-cold regions of the Northern Shanxi, inside the dam there is the icing operation in winter. The prototype measurement of the past three years shows that the icing in winter doesn't damage the dam bag. The artificial water replenishing can regulate the thickness of the ice band inside the dam bag. And the water filling and draining pipeline must be placed under the icing band, and the insulation work should be considered for the exposed parts of the pipe fittings.
