摘要
针对原煤储备除尘器存在的问题,综合多管旋风除尘器和CLS型水膜除尘器的结构、性能、特点,结合改造资金少而选煤工艺中又有一套完整的煤泥水闭路循环系统,同时为合理有效回收利用澡堂水,对除尘部分进行了设计改造,采用三级多管旋风水膜除尘器方案,达到了预期效果。
In the light of the problems existing in the raw coal reserve duster, integrating the structure, performance and features of the multitube cyclone duster and CLS type water film duster, considering that the fund for the transformation is less and there is a set of complete sludge water closed-circuit system in the coal washing techniques, and in order to make effective recovery and utilization of the bath water, this paper makes design and transformation for the dust collecting part, and adopts the scheme of the triplex multitube cyclone water film duster, achieving the expected results.
