摘要
通过对道路交通事故直接原因和深层次原因的分析,力图找到道路交通安全管理的症结所在,并对降低道路交通事故提出了有针对性的对策。
Through the analysis on the direct causes and deep causes of the road traffic accidents, this paper tries to find the problems existing in the road traffic safety management, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for reducing the road traffic accidents.
