摘要
经济一体化的浪潮已席卷全球,知识经济最明显的特征也表露出来,那就是从单一的竞争走向合作。企业组织形态不得不相应地变得扁平、灵活和开放。高知识高素质的虚拟团队应运而生。然而这些不同国度、不同民族、不同企业的精英强强联手,往往伴随着信任度、沟通机制和文化矛盾等各种管理难题。要想有效管理和激励虚拟团队高效运作,提倡建立虚拟型学习团队将摆到我们议事日程上来。
The tide of the economic integration has engulfed the whole world, and the most obvious feature of the knowledge economy have been revealed, that is to go to the cooperation from single competition. And the organizational form of the enterprise has to be changed into the flat, flexible and open one. And the high-knowledge and high-quality virtual group emerges as the times require. However the connection of these elites from different countries, different nations and different enterprises is accompanied by various managerial problems such as the confidence, communication mechanism, and cultural contradiction, etc. In order to control and excite effectively the high-efficient operation of the virtual group, must put the construction of the virtual learning group on the agenda.
