摘要
针对目前国有企业人才流失的严重状况,系统分析了人才流失的原因及流失所造成的负面影响,提出了遏制国企人才流失的对策和措施。
In view of the current serious situation of the talent outflow in the state-owned enterprises, this paper systematically analyzes the causes and the negative influence of the talent outflow, and puts forward some effective countermeasures for stopping the talent outflow of the state-owned enterprises.
