摘要
结合大同煤炭集团轩岗煤电公司的实践,对企业需要什么样的人才、如何实施“人才强企”战略进行了阐述,包括合理制定人才管理方略、建立切实可行的人才激励机制、创造宽松的人才使用环境、建立客观公正的人才评价体系、加大企业人才的培养力度等。
Connecting with the practice of Xuangang Electric Coal Company under Datong Coal Group, this paper expounds what kinds of talents the enterprise need and how to carry out the strategy of “strengthening the enterprise by the talents”, including working out the talents management plan, establishing the practicable talents excitation mechanism, creating the relaxed talents employing environment, building the objective and fair talents evaluation system, and strengthening the training of the talents.
