简要介绍了大秦铁路的劳动组织和用工制度,指出调整生产力布局是改善劳动组织的基础,建立企业内部竞争机制和激励有效、约束有力的薪酬分配制度是改善劳动组织和用工制度的重要手段。
This paper briefly introduces the labor organization and labor system of Daqin Railroad Line, and points out that adjusting the productivity configuration is the foundation of improving the labor organization, and establishing the internal competition mechanism and the salary distribution system with effective excitation and powerful restraint is an important method for improving the labor organization and labor system.
