添加粗酶制剂对改善肉仔鸡生产性能的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究粗酶制剂添加到玉米—豆粕型日粮中对肉仔鸡生产性能及生化指标的影响,实验将1日龄40只AA肉仔鸡随机分为2组,每组20只。试验组在第8日龄时开始日粮中添加粗酶制剂,添加量为0 5%。在第42日龄时全部宰杀,并测定记录肉仔鸡增重,消化器官重量,长度,血液生化指标,肝脏酶活力等项目。结果表明:在饲喂基础日粮的条件下,适量添喂粗酶制剂,可使肉仔鸡体重增加3%,料重比下降9%,胆固醇、总蛋白、碱性磷酸酶水平比对照组明显提高9 5%、28%、21%(P<0 05),谷丙转氨酶活力比对照组极显著提高56%(P<0 01),反映了添加酶制剂后使肉仔鸡机体代谢活动增强,实现了促生长的作用。 In order to study the effect of enzyme preparation added in basic diet on growth performances and biochemical indexes of broilers, forty AA broilers were divided into two groups randomly and each group included twenty broilers. Enzyme preparation was added in the diet of testing group(0.5%;w/w)on the 8th day and the broilers were slaughtered on the 42nd day, increase of weight, weight and length of peptic,biochemical indexes of blood and enzyme activity of livers were recorded.The results showed that growth performance and digestive ability were enhanced,by 3% and 5% respectively;feedingstuff was saved by 0.9%; cholesterin, whole proteide and ALP improved markedly, by 9.5%、28%、21% (P<0.05) respectively; activity of GPT was heightened significantly, by 56% (P<0.01).The research indicated that enzyme preparation benefited to metabolism and growth of broilers.
