山西蒲公英的有丝分裂观察及核型分析

Mitosis Observation and Karyotype of Taraxacum Licentii V.Soest

利用根尖压片法对山西蒲公英进行有丝分裂观察及核型分析,统计观察了50个可准确计数染色体的根尖有丝分裂中期细胞,以确定该种的染色体数目。山西蒲公英的染色体数均为2n=28,其核型公式为2n=28=24m+4sat.利用有丝分裂过程当中的染色体核型,可以明确区分在表现型上难于区别的类型。染色体的数目、相对长度、着丝粒位置和随体有无都可以作为分类指标而被利用。

In this paper,mitosis was observed and karyotype was analysedby the method of root tip cells.In order to ascertain the chromosome number of Taraxacum licentii V.Soest,over 50 root tip cells of mitosis metaphase which theirchromosomes were accurately taken count of were observed.The chromosome number of Taraxacum licentii V.Soest is 2n=28.The karyotype can be expressed as 2n=28=24m+4sat.By the Karyotypeof Mitosis,we may differentiate the species that can not be definitely distinguished by phenotypes were figured out.Chromosomenumber, relative length, centromere location and satellite were used as the index of classification.
