辽宁高新技术产业投入产出模型的探索与实践

Practical Exploration of Input-Output Modeling for New/High-Tech Industries in Liaoning PRC

投入产出表是对经济系统进行分析的有效方法。参考列昂惕夫投入产出分析方法和其他扩展模型如环保投入产出模型、投入占用模型等,在现行投入产出技术基础上,将高新技术产业引入投入产出模型中,并运用试编制的高新技术投入产出模型,分析了辽宁工业结构基本特征以及高新技术产业与传统产业的关联效应,同时测算了辽宁经济发展战略目标。

Input-output analysis is an efficient way to in-depth study on economic systems. Taking the input-output analysis by W. Leondiev and other extended models involving environment protection and input occupancy as reference, a new input-output model is developed introducing the features of new/high-tech industrial mix in it, based on existing techniques of input-output analysis. The newly developed model is applied to the analysis of basic characteristics of the industrial mix in Liaoning PRC and the correlation effect between new/high-tech industry and traditional industry. Thus, the strategic objective of Liaoning's economic development is evaluated predictably.
