支气管扩张症193例外科治疗分析

Surgical treatment of bronchiectasis:a report of 193 cases

目的 探讨支气管扩张症外科治疗的效果。方法 回顾性分析 1992～ 2 0 0 2年手术治疗支气管扩张症 193例的临床资料。结果 术后症状消失 15 5例 ,症状改善 (术后有轻度咳嗽 ,咳少量痰 ,偶有少量咯血 ) 2 1例 ,症状无改善 14例 ,死亡 3例。结论 外科手术治疗支气管扩张症是有效可靠的。把握好适应证 。

Objective To discuss the effect of surgical treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods A retrospective analysis on the clinical data of 193 cases of bronchiectasis subject to surgical treatment from 1992 to 2002 was performed.Results After operation,the symptoms disappeared in 155 cases,symptoms were improved (occasionally cough,expectoration and hemoptysis) in 21 cases,symptoms were not improved in 14 cases,and 3 cases were died.Conclusion Surgical treatment of bronchiectasis is effective.Proper indication should be considered.Complete resection of the loci and preserving more lung issue can improve the results of the treatment.
