Elementary Introduction of Constructing the Mechanism of Supervising the Law Enforcement in Public Security Organs

近年来，我国公安机关的执法监督工作取得了显著成效，但仍存在问题。因此，无论是公安机关的内部执法监督功能，还是公安执法的外部监督，都有待进一步加强与完善，以更好地发挥执法监督在提高公安队伍素质及执法水平中的作用。

There are still some problems in the law enforcement supervision work in spite of the outstanding achievements in recent years. So we should perfect not only the function of inner law enforcement supervision, but also the outside supervision on the public security law enforcement in order to improve the ranks quality and the law enforcement level.
