公安“窗口”是人民警察执法为民的前沿阵地。近年来，由于各级领导的高度重视与狠抓落实以及广大民警的共同努力，“窗口”规范化建设成效显著。但我们在检查中也发现了存在的一些问题。公安机关要强化以人为本的理念，有效推进“窗口”的规范化建设，以不断提高人民群众的满意率。

The service windows of public security organ are forward positions of police to execute the law for the people. In recent years, the building of public security standardization has achieved remarkable success because of highly - developed sense of responsibility by officials and cadres. However, there are a lot of problems which would be resolved. We should reinforce the concept of principle rooted from humanity to practice of building the standardization of public security troops. At the same time, we should standardize the service windows of public security organ in order to make the people pleased.
