我国中小企业的技术创新与制度创新分析

对技术创新和制度创新之间的关系,新古典增长学派、新增长学派、美国制度学派等认为技术创新决定制度创新;而新制度学派认为制度创新决定技术创新;马克思主义以及发展了的新制度学派则倾向于认为技术创新和制度创新是一种协调的关系。我国中小企业的技术创新有助于保持制度创新的活力,同时,我国中小企业的制度创新又是技术创新动力的保障。而且,政府、中小企业都应该采取积极措施促进我国中小企业技术创新和制度创新的和谐发展。

Technology innovation of SME in China helps to maintaining the energy of institution innovation, simultaneously, institution innovation of SME in China can assure technology innovation. And that, the government and SME should take active suggestion to promote the harmonious development of technology innovation and institution innovation of SME in China.
