摘要 推土机翻车和落物保护结构是用于翻车时使司机减少被挤伤可能性的安全装置。文中以TY320为例,在国际标准ISO 3471:1994实验室静态试验方法基础上,建立了数学计算模型,对翻车和落物保护结构进行了非线性有限元分析,模型试验及计算结果吻合,表明计算方法是可行的。 When a vehicle rolls over, roll-over and falling-object protective structures can reduce the possibility of being injured for the operator. The paper takes TY320 as an example to build up mathematics model based on the laboratory static states of the international standard ISO 3471:1994. And the further nonlinear finite element calculation is done to analyze the protective structure as well as safety place for a driver to stay in.
