摘要
基于ANSYS,从阶梯形变幅杆具有最大振幅放大倍数的优点和直径突变处应力集中的缺点出发,对其形状进行了优化设计,得到了一种既具有大的振幅放大倍数,又保证了各部分工作应力在其材料许用应力范围内的新型的复合型变幅杆。
A new design profile is suggested, using parts with different geometries. An optimization procedure for the profile has been followed to obtain maximum magnification, for higher rates of material removal and safe working stresses for the horn material.
