摘要
设计了一台小型钟表机床,通过采用“嵌入式”三维精密工作台和铰链机构、齿形同步带、变频调速器等装置,使得机床整体结构紧凑、尺寸小,而且便于协调控制。同时,该机床也为光机电一体化新型机床的研究提供了一个试验平台。
A miniature horological machine tool is designed. The use of 3D precision working table with the embedded type of structure, the hinge mechanism, the timing belt transmission and the frequency variation speed controller etc, all these devices make the whole machine tool's structure compact, the size small, and also make the machine tool's control simplified. At the same time, the machine tool can be made as the base for the further study,finally it can be developed and manufactured as the new kind machine tool which integrates optics, mechanics and electronics.
