老年冠心病患者血同型半胱氨酸与颈动脉内中膜厚度关系的研究 被引量:10

A study on the relationship between serum homocysteine levels and carotid arterial intima-media thickness in elderly patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的 探讨老年冠心病患者血同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)与颈动脉内中膜厚度 (IMTc)的变化及相互关系。方法 对 5 6例老年冠心病患者 (A组 ) ,2 5例老年健康人 (B组 )测定血Hcy ,颈动脉超声检测IMTc ,并进行分析比较。结果 A组患者的Hcy明显高于B组 (P =0 .0 0 1) ,A组患者IMTc亦明显高于B组 (P =0 .0 0 3) ,Hcy与IMTc呈正相关 (r =0 .75 4 ,P =0 .0 0 0 )。结论 同型半胱氨酸升高致血管内皮功能损伤 ,对动脉粥样硬化的发生及发展起重要作用 ,同型半胱氨酸升高与颈动脉内中膜厚度密切相关 ,可作为预测冠心病的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the changes and correlation between serum homocysteine levels and carotid arterial intima-media thickness.Methods The serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels and carotid arterial intima-media thickness (IMTc) were determined respectively in group A with 56 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and group B with 25 healthy elderly subjects.Results The levels of Hcy and the value of IMTc in group A were significantly higher than those in group B (P=0.001 and P=0.003 respectively),and the relationship between Hcy and IMTc appeared a positive correlation (r=0.754,P=0.000).Conclusion The increase of the levels of homocysteine will result in the damage of carotid arterial intima-media function,which will further play an important role in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis (AS).Therefore,the increase of the levels of serum homocysteine is closely related to the carotid arterial intima-media thickness,which can be regarded as a risk factor for predicting coronary heart disease.
