摘要
目的 :探讨提高复杂性上尿路结石疗效的方法。方法 :对 2 1例复杂性上尿路结石患者采用经皮肾镜、输尿管镜、输尿管电切镜两镜或三镜联合并配合气压弹道碎石机治疗。结果 :2 1例复杂性上尿路结石均一期治疗成功 ,一期结石取净率为 90 .5 % ,3个月结石排净率为 10 0 % ,无严重并发症发生。结论 :腔内镜联用配合气压弹道碎石治疗复杂性上尿路结石具有安全、高效、损伤小、周期短等优点。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of endoscopies combination therapy on the treatment of complicated upper urinary calculi.Methods:Retrospective study of 21 cases of complicated upper urinary calculi treated with the combination of 2 or 3 sorts endoscopies associated with Swiss LithoClast Master.Results:All cases were performed one-stage procedure without severe complications. Of 21 cases of complicated upper urinary calculi, stone-free results were achieved in 19 ( 90.5%) .Conclusions:Endoscopies combination therapy is a safe, effective, mini-invasive and shorter-period method for complicated upper urinary calculi.
