摘要
为了充分利用某钢铁公司含锌电炉粉尘中的锌、铁及碳等有价元素,在实验室条件下考察了水分、造球时间、内配煤量对生球强度的影响以期获得最佳工艺参数,并为球团用于工业生产提供基本数据.试验结果表明适宜的水分为8 4%~10%,适宜的造球时间为30min,内配煤量对生球强度影响很小.
Aiming at the utilization of zinc, iron and carbon in EAF dust,the influences of water addition,pelletizing time and coal addition on strength of the green pellet are studied under laboratory conditions. And the influences of these factors on strength of the green pellet are investigated to obtain the optimum pelletizing parameters and provide basic data for the development of industrial pelletizing process. The experimental results show that the proper pelletizing parameters are 8.4%~10% of water addition and 30 minutes of pelletizing time. The coal addition has little influence on strength of green pellets.
