角化棘皮瘤皮损CD4 CD8和细胞凋亡的检测

摘要 目的探讨角化棘皮瘤(keratoacanthoma,KA)皮损中T淋巴细胞与细胞凋亡及其意义。方法应用免疫组化技术检测皮损部位CD4,CD8,CD56,S100蛋白;用末端脱氧核糖核酸转移酶(TdT)介导的dUTP生物素缺口末端标记技术(TUNEL),原位检测28例角化棘皮瘤皮损中凋亡细胞。结果28例KA中,CD4,CD8,CD56,S100蛋白的阳性率分别为85.71%,92.86%,82.14%和67.86%。CD4阳性率低于CD8,但无显著性差异(t=1.54,P>0.05)。46.43%KA(13/28)瘤中心出现凋亡细胞。KA凋亡率(21.89%)与CD8阳性率呈显著正相关(r=0.904,P<0.001)。结论淋巴细胞介导的细胞凋亡可能在KA的自行消退中发挥重要作用。 Objective To explore the T lymphocyte and apoptosis in keratoacanthoma (KA) and its significance.Methods 28 KAs were examined with immunohistochemical technique for CD4,CD8,CD56 and S 100 proteins.In situ method of terminal deoxytransferade (TdT) mediated dUTP biotin nick and labelling staining (TUNEL) was used to identify apoptosis cells in 28 KAs.Results The positive rate of CD4,CD8,CD56 and S 100 in 28 cases of KA were 85.71%,92.86%,82.14% and 67.86% respectively.CD4 was lower than the CD8 in KA,but there was no statistically difference( t=1.54,P > 0.05). There were apoptosis cells in the center of the tumor of 46.43%(13/28)KA. There was a significant positive correlation between apoptosis rate and the intensity of CD8( r=0.904,P <0.001).Conclusion It suggests that cell apoptosis mediated by stimulated lymphocytes may play an important role in spontaneous regression of KA.
