双侧脑室引流加尿激酶灌注并腰穿脑脊液置换治疗重型继发性脑室出血

Treatment of severe secondary ventricle hemorrhage by bilateral ventricle drainage and ventricle infusion of urokinase and cerebrospinal fluid exchange through lumbar puncture

目的 探讨重型继发性脑室出血的有效治疗方法。方法 尽早行双侧脑室穿刺引流 ,尿激酶灌注 ,术后第 2天开始行腰穿脑脊液置换。结果 136例采用本法治疗的患者中 ,恢复良好的为 5 8例(4 2 6 % ) ,中残 4 9例 (36 0 % ) ,重残 12例 (8 8% ) ,死亡 17例 (12 5 % )。结论 早期应用此法治疗 ,能明显降低病死率 。

Objective To evaluate effective treatment of severe secondary ventricle hemorrhage.Methods Bilateral ventricle drainage and ventricle infusion of urokinase were performed as early as possible.Cerebrospinal fluid exchange through lumbar puncture was used from the next day after operation.Results Among 136 patients,58 patients(42.6%)had a good recovery,49 patients(36.0%)were mode rately disability,12 patients(8.8%)were severely disability,and 17 patients(12.5%)died.Conclusion The early use of above mentioned methods canbe markedly decrease mortaliy,and improve the living quality of the patients.
