摘要
采用热分析方法研究了不同厂商生产的三元乙丙防水卷材热老化前后的变化。热重分析实验表明,老化后第一失重峰温度提高而第二失重峰温度并无明显变化;动态热机械分析实验表征了三元乙丙防水卷材α内耗峰和贮能模量的变化。这两种方法可相互补充,为老化的评价提供宝贵的信息。结果表明,第一失重起始温度高、老化前后有机物含量变化和α内耗峰温变化小的材料具有更好的耐老化性能。
Changes of EPDM waterproof rolled sheets produced from different factories prior to and after thermal agingwere characterized by way of thermal analysis.. Data of thermogravity analysis showed that the first zero gravity peaktemperature increased whereas changes of the second one was not remarkable after thermal ageing. Changes of α-relaxation peak and energy storage modulus of EPDM waterproof rolled sheets were characterized by way of dynamicthermal-mechanical analyses. These two methods could supplement each other and provide valuable information for evalu-ation of aging Analyses showed that the materials that had higher first zero gravity onset temperature, less change of organiccontent prior to and after ageing and less change of α-relaxation peak temperature had better aging resistance.
