河北省地方性氟中毒病区儿童发硒检测 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨硒与地方性氟中毒的关系,为硒与氟中毒的研究提供现场资料。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,对河北省氟中毒病区及非病区的8~12岁儿童发硒进行了检测,同时检查了各取样点8~12岁学生的氟斑牙发生情况。结果氟中毒病区(包括改水后正常区、轻、中度病区)8~12岁儿童发硒显著低于非病区(F=17.76,P<0.01),不同程度病区之间儿童发硒差异无显著意义。结论硒与氟中毒关系密切,增加硒摄入量可能有助于预防氟中毒的发生;河北省氟中毒病区儿童发硒平均值低于非病区。 Objective To research the relationship between selenium and endemic fluorosis and provide an on-the-spot information for further study their relation. Methods The method of stratified and random sampling was used to detect the 8~12 years old childen's hair selenium contents, in the endemic fluorosis areas and in the non-endemic fluorosis areas in Hebei province. These children,s dental fluorosis state was also detected. Results In the endmic fluorosis areas (including the normal areas after having changed water,the light endemic fluorosis areas and the moderate endemic fluorosis areas), the children,s hair selenium contents were significantly lower than that in the non-endemic fluorosis areas(F = 17.6,P < 0.01). The hair selenium in different fluorosis areas were not significantly different. Conclusions The relationship between selenium and endemic fluorosis is important, the selenium supplementation might help to prevent the occurrence of endemic fluorosis. In the endemic fluorosis areas of Hebei province,the population's selenium status is relatively lower than in the non-endemic areas.
