梭形切除皮瓣易位法和横皱襞小切口皮下修剪法治疗腋臭的疗效对比研究

Comparison of effects between fusiform incision flap translocation method and horizontal folds micro-incision subcutaneous trimming method for tragomachalia

目的 比较梭形切除皮瓣易位法和横皱襞小切口皮下修剪法治疗腋臭的临床疗效、并发症及美容效果。方法 应用梭形切除皮瓣易位法治疗腋臭 40例 ,应用横皱襞小切口皮下修剪法治疗腋臭 10 2例 ,术后 6个月随访。结果 梭形切除皮瓣易位法和横皱襞小切口皮下修剪法的临床疗效有效率均为 10 0 % ,并发症发生率分别为 17 5 %和 15 7% ,统计学分析均无显著性差异 ;但是后者的美容效果优于前者。结论 横皱襞小切口皮下修剪法治疗腋臭 ,具有满意的临床疗效和良好的美容效果 ,值得推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effects, complications, and aesthetic effect between fusiform incision flap translocation method and horizontal folds micro-incision subcutaneous trimming method for tragomachalia. Methods A total of 40 patients were treated by fusiform incision flap translocation method, but 102 patients by horizontal folds micro-incision subcutaneous trimming method. The follow-up for 6 months was carried out after operation. Results The clinical effective rates by the two methods was 100%. The complication rates were 17.5% and 15.7%, respectively. There was no significant statistical difference between the two methods. However, the aesthetic effect of the horizontal folds micro-incision subcutaneous trimming method was better than that of fusiform incision flap translocation method. Conclusion Horizontal folds micro-incision subcutaneous trimming method is good for tragomachalia with the advantages of satisfactory clinical effect and good aesthetic appearance.
